Location: NYC; Hybrid (in office Mon-Thurs., WFH Friday)

Manhattan Vintage produces three shows a year in New York City. 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and thoughtful Brand Marketing Coordinator. Key functions encompass:

 

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST (70% of the role)

  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality, engaging content in coordination with the Marketing Manager’s editorial calendar optimized for Meta and TikTok. This may include content capture, editing, and management.  
  • Own posting and scheduling content. 
  • Own community management and social listening, which include DMs, likes, comments, shares & follows, as well as monitor competitor markets.
  • Serve as a true specialist given:
    • Platform currency. Follow trends and forecasts for existing platforms Meta and TikTok, as well as for outstanding opportunities like Pinterest. Currency can extend from brand to business implications.
    • Platform fluency. Report on weekly analytics to inform both organic and paid approaches.  
  • Collaborate with our digital paid advertising agency to help optimize creative content.

 

BRAND CREATIVE  (30% of the role)

  • In partnership with the Marketing Manager, support includes drafting creative briefs or shot lists, and on-site coordination.
  • Organize extensive archives of photo and video assets. The organization will include sub-edits, such as content franchises.
  • Assist in making photo and video selects for integrated marketing, including email, site, and print.
  • Support collateral production, research for seasonal refreshes, and event operations.
  • In partnership with team leadership, identify, outreach, and nurture prospective brand enthusiasts. Pending media investments, this can include paid influencers and local listings.

 

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 2+ years of progressive responsibility in marketing & social media management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with brand, retail, fashion, and/or special event marketing. 
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Understanding of and interest in brand benchmarks, business goals, and what it means to deliver extraordinary experiences! 
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

 

COMPENSATION

  • The anticipated base annual compensation for this role is between $65,000 – $75,000, commensurate with experience.
