The market is open to the public from 11AM-5PM every Saturday and Sunday. Set-up begins at 9AM. Vendors are required to be ready to sell to the public by 11AM. Tear-down begins at 5PM. No vendor is allowed to breakdown prior to 5PM without prior consent from management. If you arrive later than 11AM, we reserve the right to give up your space and you may NOT be allowed to set up. You will be required to pay for your space. In an effort to maintain a positive selling environment amongst all participating vendors and merchants, we ask that you arrive promptly to set up. For those vendors participating on Saturday who wish to leave their merchandise overnight to sell the next day (Sunday), you may arrive at the market at any time before 11AM on Sunday and MUST BE set up and ready to sell by that time.

Each spot measures 10’x10’ and your setup must be contained completely within those parameters. When planning your layout, please leave room for exit and entry into your space!
Please note that spaces vary within the market itself - some are under an awning and some are not. Spaces are pre-assigned and requests for specific locations cannot be guaranteed, although you may express your preference when sending in payment. We encourage all vendors to visit the market website and social media sites before they intend to sell so that they can see examples of past booth designs and give some thought on how to create the best display and maximize their selling space.

There are electrical outlets along one wall in the market for your use if you have requested and paid for it.  There are fitting rooms and bathrooms onsite.  We do not provide wifi, you can run credit cards on 3G and higher.

Rentals: 10x10 tents are $50/ weekend.  A table and 1 chair are $10 for EACH day. Additional chairs are $2 each/day. Please let us know if you require one and have not already paid for it. We do not have extra tables, chairs and tents onsite - only the amount that is requested and paid for will be available.

Vendors returning for Sunday may leave their merchandise and display in their booth space at the market. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ARTISTS & FLEAS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO A VENDOR’S BELONGINGS. YOU LEAVE YOUR GOODS AT YOUR OWN RISK. We do NOT have storage for vendors to leave their displays during off weeks. Any items left behind will be removed and disposed of.

If you are confirmed and paid and need to cancel, we require cancellation notice by 5pm the Monday prior to participation. We will extend a credit for use for 45 days from the date of your original date of participation.
Please note that cancellations are not permitted during the month of December.  If Vendor cancels a December booth space reservation, Vendor is not entitled to reimbursement of the Space Rental Fee, nor shall vendor be entitled to receive any credit(s).  If Vendor fails to provide sufficient notice of cancellation, A&F is not required to reimburse any part of the Space Rental Fee to vendor and no credit(s) will be issued. NO HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED, NO CREDITS WILL BE GRANTED FOR CANCELLATIONS FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON.

All participating vendors must only offer the product/s they presented when initially signing up for participation – i.e. if you were accepted at the market to sell T-Shirts, then you cannot decide arbitrarily sell jewelry as an attempt to boost your sales. ANY new additions that you would like to offer must be pre-approved. We suggest that all vendors take pride in the appearance and presentation of their space; a professional attitude and look inevitably will help impact sales.

Appliances (irons, hair dryers, etc.) and/or heavy duty lighting are not allowed. If any vendor requires electricity beyond what is considered reasonable and necessary, please ask for approval prior to the reserved day.
We are very conscious of the market’s energy efficiency, and ask that you help in our efforts by using energy efficient light bulbs (LEDs and CFLs) whenever possible. We may require you to remove incandescent bulbs if necessary.

Please keep your space tidy. It is each vendor's responsibility to clean up all your trash at the end of the day.

Please keep us updated of your contact information as well as any changes to your website, business name, etc. so that we can keep that information current on our website as well as be able to respond to any and all press inquiries with accurate information.

For new vendors who are joining us on Saturday, there is a possibility of staying for Sunday as well, space permitting.

Management reserves the right to make changes to the above policies at any time and to remove participating vendors with no prior warning. For additional details, please refer to the complete Rules & Regulations governing participation at the market.
