WilliamsburgFood and candles might not seem like a natural pairing, but Groove Gives is redefining the connection for the better with their partnership with Minnie’s Food Pantry. Located in their hometown, Minnie’s is a non-government-funded food pantry focused on helping people become more food secure.
Groove Gives is delivering on their mission to bring good into homes and communities by having already donated enough to cover 15,000 meals; and they’re just getting started!

In addition to its commitment to sustainability and in memory of the founder’s sister, Katerina NYC is dedicated to supporting those struggling with addiction, with the aim of raising awareness about the vital role of addiction recovery services.
Weld ATL
AtlantaWeld ATL, a permanent jewelry brand based in Atlanta, feels a strong sense of responsibility to give back to the community that has played a pivotal role in their business’s success. The brand has recently produced permanent jewelry for various local charities and schools, dedicating a portion of the proceeds directly to support these organizations. ChelseaAs a young girl Elif ,the founder, was fortunate enough to be raised by her loving parents and grandmother, who ingrained in her the importance of finding an independent voice through formal education. Unfortunately, not every young girl is as fortunate. With this in mind, Elif always knew her purpose was to give back to those young women.
After working and gaining experience in every layer of the fashion world, in 2014, the fashion accessory brand Patent of Heart was born, and with it a very personal mission to empower women for a better future. Patent of Heart collaborates with women artisans or small family-owned ateliers to create each of their collections. The brand also donates 3% of proceeds from each purchase to support women’s education through an organization called Supporting Contemporary Life Association.

At the heart of this compassionate endeavor is CHADDD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering those affected by ADHD. CHADDD achieves its mission through education, support and advocacy. Tembo creates artful accessories for the fashionable consumer who wants their purchase to empower women. Developing visual stories to support a cause, Tembo collaborates with female artists and donates 5% of the profit to the cause highlighted in the design. Their hand-sewn accessories are made in Queens, NYC by an immigrant women’s sewing cooperative.
Seyahan
ChelseaSeyahan, renowned for its handcrafted jewelry, is dedicated to supporting the Sea Turtle Care Center in Charleston, SC. The Sea Turtle Care Center allows injured sea turtles to receive treatment and rehabilitation before being released back into the wild.
Seyahan’s goal is to help use their brand’s influence to raise awareness and contribute to the preservation and growth of sea turtle populations. They aspire to ensure the continued presence of sea turtles in our oceans and drive awareness about the care center’s vital work.
One432
ChelseaOne432 is a sustainable social impact fashion brand that uses upcycled materials in each product. That brand also has an impressive giveback model. Fifty percent of profits go to supporting local artisans and sponsoring children’s education in Pakistan.
In Pakistan, it costs about $10 to send a child to school. There is no charge for the students to attend. The money that One432 donates covers operational costs for the schools to educate these children. To date, they have raised more than $122,500, which has sent more than 6,750 children to school. The company presents this information on its website, so you can witness the donation totals increase with every purchase.

ChelseaIntentional Chaos is an upcycled wearable art brand that sustainably sources each of their pieces. The brand has a strong drive for sustainability and reducing contributions to the fast fashion industry. Although waste comes from more than just clothes and so this holiday Intentional Chaos will be making donations to The Chelsea Community Fridge. The CCF is a free neighborhood resource with a mission to reduce food waste while simultaneously decreasing food insecurity within our community.
Piyoga
VenicePIYOGA, a brand specializing in sustainable clothing and accessories, holds a profound commitment to environmental improvement. They have taken significant steps towards reducing their environmental impact by eliminating all ink-related items and plastic from their packaging.
The brand has also supported and established partnerships with organizations dedicated to the restoration and protection of coral reefs and the delicate ecosystems they encompass. These organizations include Gili Eco Trust, Coral Restoration Foundation, and World Wildlife Fund, reflecting PIYOGA’s unwavering dedication to environmental conservation.
Deals on Designers
RegenerationDeals on Designers is focused on reducing the popularity of fast fashion, supporting second-hand shopping and providing sustainable employment for people with developmental disabilities via a partnership with RewearAble. The nonprofit organization collects unwanted clothing via at home pickups as well as corporate partnerships. From pickup to sorting to preparing the clothing, people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities perform the tasks.
All the clothing that is in a re-sellable condition comes to Deals on Designers, where they then process, clean, photograph and list the clothing online. They retail a small processing fee for sold items, and the rest is given directly to RewearAble. More than $100,000 has been raised since the partnership began 5 years ago.
In 2021, they replicated this program with PinkAid, a nonprofit that provides financial assistance to women that undergo breast cancer. PinkAid collects clothing from their supporters and corporate partners and we sell it for them. They’ve raised more than $40,000 so far.
A majority of the items you see at Regeneration and Artists & Fleas came from one of these organizations.
Curated Basics
Chelsea & WilliamsburgCurated Basics, the New York-based men’s accessories brand, is helping to give back by contributing much-needed undergarments, which are among the most requested items at homeless shelters. To date, they have already generously donated over 5,000 pairs of socks and boxers to Bowery Mission and Hoboken Homeless Shelter, with the goal of continuing to provide even more assistance to those in need.
Anberc Candles
VeniceAnberc Candles is a loving tribute to the founder’s dear friend, Arlene, who passed away after a decade-long battle with cancer. When she was first diagnosed, one of Arlene’s bucket list items was to make her own candle. She didn’t stop there and ended up launching a small hobby business.
Anna set out on a similar journey, pursuing what her friend had started. What started as a hobby to escape from the stress of work and life’s worries turned into a natural soy candle brand, Anberc Candles. In Arlene’s memory, the brand released the product Arlene’s Capriccio Candle where a portion of these sales are donated to support the American Cancer Society.
