Join us on May 20.

 

Join us for a day of discover and self expression at Artists & Fleas. Throughout the market, there will be workshops, craft demonstrations, giveaways and more. Shoppers are encouraged to get hands on and get to know the makers behind the products.

Discover your new favorite brand and try your hand at a new craft.

 

Here’s a sneak peek at some of the activities planned in the markets.

  • Learn how to crochet with Joella Crafts. She’s teaching basic stitches and techniques in her booth and selling beginner-friendly patterns.
  • Take creativity into your own hands. Stop by OohJacquelina to build your own bracelet from her selection of semi-precious stones and genuine crystals.
  • Match your jewelry with your birth chart at Jewels By Atlantis. And don’t worry if you’re an astrology newbie—they’ve got you covered.
  • Sunglasses are a must-have accessory for the summer. Get the perfect pair—and get them perfectly fitted—at Chacana. The best part? All of their products and packaging can be reused and composted. Talk about sustainable fashion!
  • BYOF: Bring your own fork (or pick from a selection of vintage options).My Fork Art will make a custom ring that’s unlike anything you own. The owner and designer is even bringing a limited selection of vintage Tiffany and Co. spoons.
  • Build a Pearl Experience: Select your own pearl or natural stone from Milk and Rose’s special collection to create your own necklace or bracelet.
  • Is a look really complete without rhinestones? Get the perfect summer wardrobe at Keith Kelly, who will be customizing pieces with rhinestones on-site.
  • Make your own good luck! Keila Jewelry is showing customers how to macrame their own bracelets, adding a red string and hasma for good luck.
  • Build a piece of jewelry you’ll never want to take off. Pick your own gemstone for a permanent bracelet from Marina Pecoraro.
  • Who doesn’t love bath & body goodies? Make it personal with a fragrance customized just for you. IE Spa Indulgences will help shoppers create the perfect scent.
  • Take intimacy to the next level. The High Priestess is gifting free aphrodisiac herbal prerolls and samples of their arousal oils to shoppers who snap a photo and get social with the brand.
  • Try your hand at sewing with Designs NYC. Shoppers are encouraged to create their own evil eye keychain or accessory.
  • Add a little flare to your denim. Lauren Green Art Designs will be hand-painting denim in her booth so shoppers can get a BTS demo. She also will be painting other items that shoppers can purchase.
