MYM Organics Tea Tasting
This Small Business Saturday, Join Jesus Chaidez, local tea expert, for an afternoon of tea tasting at Artist & Fleas Venice. At the MYM Organics tent, Jesus will sample signature teas from around the world and teach about their history and the best ways to brew them. You will get an introduction to loose leaf tea and different brewing methods that will improve the way you brew tea at home. The class will explore brewing tea in the “gong fu cha” method using special “yixing” tea pots and gaiwans. Participants will also sample some of MYM Organics’ special blends that they’ve developed at their tea bar and use to dye their organic garments, which will also be availalbe for purchase.
