WORKSHOP: Watercolor Florals with Rothbyrn’s Creative
Join us at Artists & Fleas Soho for a fun Watercolor Florals workshop just in time for Mother’s Day! In this 2-hour class, artist Danielle Rothman will walk you through the steps to create beautiful roses, tulips, lavender, and greenery. We’ll start by learning basic watercolor techniques and then practice painting flowers. Our final project will be to paint a colorful card that you can keep for yourself or give to your favorite mom. As a special Mother’s Day promotion, sign up for a Mother/Daughter ticket and save $10 on your registration! All supplies will be provided for the workshop, including worksheets and reference materials. Come learn the relaxing art of painting flowers in a loose floral style!
This workshop is a great fit for both adults and teens ages 12 and up.
Danielle Rothman is a Modern Calligrapher who builds community through art and workshops. Danielle has a passion for teaching and has helped more than 1,500 students get started with calligraphy and watercolor in her workshops in NYC. Her business Rothbyrn’s Creative specializes in thoughtful gifts and personalization, selling inspiring one-of-a-kind journals, cards, and prints, and working with clients to create custom handwritten designs and promotions.
